Silo Safe Dust Collectors

The silo safe range of dust collectors are specifically designed for harsh environments, with the filter casing manufactured from 4mm steel plate construction and surface coated with hot dip galvanising, the silo safe dust collector is a robust unit that can handle pressures up to 30 kPa.

The unit has six patented UniClean cartridges providing 24m2 of filter cloth area and uses a reverse jet pulse cleaning action.

The silo safe dust collector is suitable for all types of silo applications including especially pneumatically loaded silos and also handling of explosive dusts.

The silo safe dust collector can also be utilised for conveyor transfer applications were the dust collector is located at the conveyor transfer head chute and returns the collected dust back onto the conveyor belt.

The silo safe dust collector is available in free venting version (no exhaust fan) for pneumatically loaded silo applications and also a fan assisted version for manually loaded silos or bins and conveyor transfer applications.
