Print Machine Powder Spraying Extraction

We recently formed a relationship with ESJ Grafix, merging our expertise with extraction systems with the experience of ESJ Grafix and their experience of the printing industry, we can introduce highly efficient powder extraction systems for sheet fed presses. These systems are custom made to suit the customer’s needs.

Also known as powder bar extraction. In brochure printing, as the printed brochures leaves the printing machine, typically starch powder is sprayed in a light cloud to avoid the wet ink from the newly printed brochures stick together. Many printing machine suppliers do not provide an extraction solution integrated, and the powder will escape settling on the machines and factory floor causing accidents, poor working environment and general damage to the machines.

The type of dust collector used in this application is normally limited so a pulsejet FMC cartridge collector is often used for continuously applications or a more cost efficient option would be the shaker cleaned AUTO-M for non-continuously operations.
