Our service inspection is conducted by fully qualified service technicians and comprises a thorough check of all aspects of the dust collection system as outlined in the following service schedule. The schedule can be adapted to suit a specific dust collection system and areas that are seen to be critical.

On completion of each service a service report is generated (the format of the report can be adapted to suit your requirement i.e. written or electronic) ensuring that all the items have been checked and highlighting any areas requiring attention.

Our service covers all the key elements of the dust collection system including online performance checks and off line checks of the dust collector, exhaust fan, ductwork and discharge systems.

Areas requiring attention can be repaired at the time of the inspection or for larger items these can be scheduled for replacement / repair during a programmed shutdown.
